Sheets and towels are NOT INCLUDED in the basic cost but, if you don't want to bring your own, you can rent them directly here at the campsite. However, forgive us, we do not rent our sheets to those who have animals with them, as we do not want and cannot waste time brushing them with the adhesive roller and washing them more than once in an attempt to remove all the hair... In the accommodation you will not find detergents, shampoo, bath foam, etc., i.e. everything that involves consumption, except for the first roll of toilet paper.

The "Aristotle" Mobile Home is our smallest (12 m2) and cheapest bungalow. Ideal for a couple, it can accommodate up to 3 people. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Externally, in the shade of the wooden gazebo (16 m2), we have created a rustic kitchen (take a look at the photos). In the wardrobes you will find everything you need (plates, cutlery, pots, etc.) for cooking: in case of doubts such as "but do we have to bring the tablecloth from home?" Feel free to send us a message on WhatsApp! However, we do not supply the classic cloth tablecloth: for hygienic reasons we prefer to have you find polypropylene American placemats (sic et simpliciter, those in Ikea plastic ...), easy to clean. The bedroom is air conditioned and there is a small refrigerator.
The beds are single, which can be joined together if necessary and, if necessary, if there are three of you, we would place the third bed next to the two main ones. Obviously with three beds the spaces would be restricted, but if you are essentially interested in a base to fully enjoy the beauties of our territory, without spending a lot of money, this solution could be ideal.

It is useless to turn on the air conditioner with windows and doors open: the cold air comes out and the hot air comes in (if you weren't in the bathroom when the professor explained, it's about that topic called "entropy"). The house is also small and cools down in no time: if you go to visit the Greek theater in Syracuse, it is only a waste of energy and a consequent unnecessary damage to the environment leaving the air conditioner on. Do not leave children or pets alone in the house. For clarifications... also WhatsApp!

Don't throw anything in the toilet, not even toilet paper! Throw everything (pads, diapers, whole rolls of toilet paper...) in the appropriate bin next to the toilet, which you can then dispose of in the unsorted waste container (which we Will regularly clean).

Refund of the confirmatory deposit (which amounts to 30% of the total) in the event of a cancellation of the reservation:

- if you cancel the reservation 30 days before check-in, we will refund you the entire amount you paid, via bank transfer;
- if you cancel the reservation between the thirtieth and eighth day before check-in, we will refund the deposit based on how many nights we'll be able to fill with a new reservation (for example, if you paid 60 euros for a 6-night reservation and we were only able to cover 3 nights of the "hole" caused by your cancellation, we would only refund you 30 euros);
- if you cancel within a week of the scheduled check-in day, we will retain the entire confirmatory deposit.
